  Goal: Ask for a recommendation

  •  What do you do to save money?

To save money I have a piggy bank where I deposit coins of all values. I try not to waste money and buy really important things.


Superlative adjetives:


Grammar 

  • China is the biggest country I have visited
  • He is the fastest runner I have ever seen.
  • This car is the most expensive he has bought.
  • I am the most intelligent student in the classroom.

Excercise:

1. The V5 is the newest vacuum cleaner model from zorax.
2. The Blendex is very inexpensive. It´s the cheapest blender we sell.
3. Compared to our other washing machines, the Laundrex 300 is the easiest to use.
4. The focus C50 is the most popular digital camera we sell.
5. The vista PX is the lightest webcam you can buy.
6. Our customers say the My juice 500 is the most practical juicer available today.
7. You´ll like the morning brew coffeemarker. It´s the least difficult to use.
8.  If you don´t want to spend a lot, the view master is the least expensive projector you can buy.
9. The impress 400 isn´t the most expensive projector we have, but it is the best.


Conversation: 

A: I'm looking for a coffeemakers, which one is the cheapest?
B: The Morningsta. But it's not the most popular. How much do you want to spend?
A: No more than 90 dollars. 
B: Well, we have the most popular one which is the Cupster.
A:Great! I'll take that one.

Goal: Bargain for a lower price

  • Do you bargain for a lower price?

Yes, I usually negotiate the price of some things most of the time if they lower the price.




Grammar: 
  • You are old enough to go to school on your own. 
  • I am not well enough today. I’m still feeling bad.
  • I think she is strong enough to get over this.
  • I don’t like to wake up too early.
  • It's too dificult, i won't do it
  •  Dancing is too easy for me

Conversation: 

A: How much do you want for that rug?

B: This one?

A: No. That one's not big enough. The other one.

B: 300.

A: That's a lot more than I want to spend.

I can give you 200.

B: How about 225?

A: OK. That sounds fair.
