What do you do to stay in shape?
- Stay fit i go to the gym three times a week.
- I try to eat small amounts of food and avoid fatty foods or street food.
- I usually sleep seven hours or more.
- I sometimes what tv.
- I try to regularly drink the amount of water needed for my body.
A: Hey Alejandra, Why don´t we go dancing sometime?
B: Great idea, whens good for you?
A: Friday morning at 8:00 ?
B: Soory, i can´t, i have to study on friday.
A: Well, how about saturday morning at 9:00?
B: Thats good for me, see you them.
What is your daily rutine ?
My routine consists of getting up every day at 5:00am, then going to the bathroom to bathe and brush my teeth as I have early class I prepare to go to college, breakfast before leaving, I walk to the university while listening to music from 11:00 to 12:00 lunch and continue whit classes, sometimes I go to the gym when I´m unemployed like 6:00 pm at 8:00 pm I read a little and at 9:00pm I go to sleep to end my day.
What are good and bad eating habits?
Good habits are those diets that are complete and sufficient, containing all food groups that favor our health. My good habits are:
- Exercise three times a week
- Eat fruits and avoid sweets
- Eat small portions
- Drink water during the day
- keep moving so as not to be sedentary
Bad habits are those that affect our health my bad habits:
- Sometimes I eat street food
- Most of the time I spend in the hours of sleep
- I tend to stress most of the timen
